Our Team
The team at New Cera Dental Lab
is composed of skilled technicians with experience across multiple areas of dental restoration, including crowns and bridges, implants, dentures, splints, retainers, and sports guards. Each technician applies precise standards and techniques refined through years of specialized training.
The team is led by Justin Insub Shin, RDT, who has over 18 years of experience in design, ceramics, and quality control. Justin values “restorations with clear rationale,” ensuring that every case reflects the clinic’s treatment direction and the patient’s specific needs. He oversees the workflow so the entire team maintains consistent, stable quality through careful review of each case.
