Manufacturing System
Digital Manufacturing Process
At New Cera Dental Laboratory, restorations are produced through a structured digital manufacturing system designed to support consistency, accuracy, and predictable fabrication outcomes.
Each case begins with the evaluation of digital scan data or traditional impressions. These are converted into precise digital models used for planning and CAD/CAM-based design, allowing restorations to be developed with controlled parameters for fit, anatomy, and functional requirements.
Manufacturing is carried out using high-precision milling systems, including the Ivoclar PrograMill PM7, to ensure stable material performance and repeatable accuracy. Throughout production, each case follows a controlled workflow and undergoes final verification prior to delivery.
This manufacturing structure provides a stable foundation for consistent restoration quality across cases, while supporting the clinical requirements of our partner practices.
